Privacy Policy Home Privacy Policy The B & B i-Move is the "Data Controller" of your personal data. The iMove Ride App Application (hereinafter referred to as the “iMove Ride App Application”, “Application”) applies the following Policy on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), which constitutes a binding legal text between the “Data Subjects” and B&B i-Move, a Greek company (hereinafter the "Company"). You should read this Policy carefully and use the iMove Ride App services only if you agree and consent to it. By using the software, you agree to be legally bound by this Privacy Policy, which describes how we use your personal data, collected through our application called iMove Ride App. Personal Data and Collection Purposes: Depending on the purpose for which we may need to process your data, we will process certain categories of personal data on a case-by-case basis, which, in general, will be the following: your basic identification details (for example: your first name, last name, etc.); your contact details regarding the services we provide (for example: telephone number, email address, etc.); transaction information necessary to provide our services (for example: your payment or card details, information about the services you requested, etc.); connection and geolocation data (how you interact with us through the Application); commercial information (for example: if you have subscribed to our Newsletter) or information about your preferences; any other information that you may provide to us voluntarily (for example: through the Customer Service service, etc.). Please note that when we ask you to fill in your personal data to provide you with access to any functionality or service of the Application, we will mark certain fields as mandatory, as these are the minimum we need to be able to provide that specific service. Please also note that if you decide not to provide us with this data, you may not be able to complete your registration as a user or be unable to access these services. Depending on how you interact with our Application, we will process your personal data for the following purposes: 1. Registration If you decide to become a registered user of our Application, we need to process your data to identify you as a user of the Application and to grant you access to it as a registered user. You can cancel the user account you created by uninstalling the Application from your device. The iMove Ride App application enables you to request a ride with a driver through us. You need to provide personal data to use the iMove Ride App application as a passenger, which we process to provide the given service. Additional optional information, which may also be provided, is marked accordingly (optional). In the context of this service, the following personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1.)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract: name and surname, email address and mobile phone number (main data). 2. GPS The GPS location data at the time of booking, the start and destination coordinates of your journey, information about your terminal equipment (device ID) and the password you have chosen (in encrypted form) are also processed. Your profile photo is optional and will only be processed if it is registered. You can either enter your personal data (e.g. your name) during registration or we can receive it directly from your terminal equipment (e.g. device ID, GPS location data). You authorize the transmission of your GPS location data via the operating system of your terminal equipment (smartphone, tablet, etc.). We need the GPS coordinates of your location so that the vehicle you have ordered can find you and pick you up. We will forward your GPS location data, name, phone number and profile photo (if you have provided it) to the driver who has accepted the trip you have booked for identification purposes. The driver may call you after accepting your booking. This allows them to inform you of any delays, e.g. traffic jams. After accepting your order, the driver or partner operator will receive your name and profile photo (if you have provided it) for identification purposes and, in particular, to be able to verify that the correct person is being picked up. They do this by asking you for your name when boarding at the start of the trip. The driver cannot see your personal data in the iMove Ride App app after the trip. It will not be possible for you to request a ride through us if we do not process the mandatory personal data listed above. This information is not optional. 3. Payments You can pay for the rides you request through us, either in cash or using the in-app payment feature (i.e., by credit card or Paypal within the App). By entering your credit card and/or Paypal account details within the App, you will be able to pay for your ride cashless via the iMove Ride App App. We will then charge the amount to the payment method you have specified. If your credit card details are provided, they will be transmitted directly to the payment service provider we have engaged via an encrypted connection and without further sharing of credit card information with us, except for the last four digits of your credit card, which are transmitted to us and in pseudonymised form for security reasons. We store this pseudonymised information for identification and verification purposes. In the context of payment, the following personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1.)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract: first and last name, address, start and destination coordinates of your route, country, language, email address, mobile phone number, credit card number, the last four digits of the credit card number, the email address of your PayPal account, if any, and information about your terminal equipment (device ID, etc.). We cannot offer you specific payment methods if we do not process these personal data. However, you can always pay cash directly to the driver without further involvement of the application. 4. Transactions Since B&B i-Move bears the risk of non-payment in the event that payments made by credit card or Paypal are not made, the assessment of the risk of non-payment is carried out automatically using a software algorithm by a third-party fraud assessment service, based on a series of personal information. Payment means the use of the application and device data, so as to protect the legitimate interests of B&B i-Move in accordance with Article 6(1.)( f ) GDPR. For this purpose, the following personal data are processed: first and last name, pick-up and delivery addresses of a trip, mobile phone number, email address , payment method, the last four letters of a card, the name on the card, card expiration dates, card issuer, PayPal account email address (if any), information about the terminal equipment (device type and ID, operating system, etc.), the cost of the trip and the version of the iMove Ride App application installed on your device. These personal data are not used or processed for any other purpose. The driving functionality of the application without the in-app payment function is available to every user, regardless of the result of the fraud prevention system. Therefore, if you are not offered the in-app payment feature due to the decision made fully automatically based on the calculated score, you can use the iMove Ride App app and make cash payments. If you are unable to pay using cashless payment methods and you believe this is an error, please contact us. 5. Automated Operation A specially trained employee of B&B i-Move periodically checks the fraud score. Therefore, the decision is not made fully automatically in such cases. To protect you from overpaying for trips, our driver's mobile phone transmits GPS location data at short intervals during the trip with the vehicle, allowing us to map the entire route. We do this because we want to ensure that the driver does not intentionally extend the trip in order to earn a higher fee. If you believe that you have paid too much, you can ask us about the route taken after a trip. The processing of your GPS location data is carried out for your and our protection against fraudulent drivers and/or passengers on the basis of Article 6(1.)( f ) GDPR, for the purpose of protecting your interests and our interests (e.g. protection against overpayments ). 6. Application Function In order to enable the elimination of malfunctions in the iMove Ride App application , to respond to specific customer queries regarding functionality or transport services and to adapt the iMove Ride App application to the needs of passengers, the following personal data are processed for the performance of the contract in accordance with Article 6(1.)(b) GDPR: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, profile photo (optional input), GPS location data at the time of booking, the start and destination coordinates of your route and information about your terminal equipment (device ID, etc.). 7. Statistic Data We may also process data that has been rendered anonymous or aggregated instead of personal data, in cases where such data is deemed sufficient for this purpose. 8. Information & Promotions You will receive offers and advertisements from us if you have agreed to receive new and personalized offers (advertising, coupons and promotions) and to the display of usage-based advertising during the registration process or subsequently by activating the corresponding toggle button within the iMove Ride App application. This concerns both non-personalized (sent to all customers) and personalized (sent only to you and based on an analysis of your personal data that you have explicitly provided to us or were generated as part of the use of the iMove Ride App application) newsletters sent electronically (email, SMS, MMS, in-app messages, push messages) to your terminal equipment (smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.). In order to send you personalized advertisements, we will process your usage data and, where possible, other information from your device, such as other applications you may have installed on your device. Therefore, please note that this data processing involves analyzing your profile to determine your preferences and, therefore, which services are most relevant to your preferences. We will also process your personal data to organize promotions. By participating in any promotion, you authorize us to process the personal data you have shared with us in relation to the promotion and to share it through various means, such as social media or the Application itself. In each promotion in which you participate, the terms and conditions will be available to you and will provide more detailed information on the processing of your personal data. In this context, we will process the following personal data based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1.)(a) GDPR: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, payment methods, registration date, iMove Ride App application version, login details, device identifie, IDFA (Ad - ID, Apple, identifier for advertisers), IFV (Ad - ID, identifier vendor), GAID (Google advertising identifier), IP address as well as usage data (frequency of use, registrations and routes, including pickup and drop-off locations). 9. Withdrawal of Consent If you do not wish to receive the news and personalized offers already discussed, you can - just as easily as when you agreed - withdraw your consent by deactivating the "Offers and promotions" option from the Privacy and Security section of your App. Please note that the withdrawal and subsequent changes are only valid for the future and will take effect or be implemented no later than 48 hours from the withdrawal. Please do not use the Facebook feature. Connect, if this is not in accordance with your wishes. 10. Google Maps The iMove Ride App app uses the Google Maps API . This allows us to display maps in the iMove Ride App app and for you to use them. The iMove Ride App app cannot function without the Google Maps API. You can view Google ’s terms of use at https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en. Additional terms of use for Google Maps are available at https://www.google.com/help/terms_maps.html. Google ’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en. We use Google Maps to calculate the estimated price for your journey and to show you the distance to the vehicle you have booked in an interactive way. This involves processing your GPS location data in accordance with Article 6 ( 1. ) ( b ) GDPR. We anonymize your GPS location data before forwarding it to Google . Your personal identification is excluded. You can provide feedback on your experience on a specific route by rating drivers and vehicles publicly via the iMove Ride App app . When you submit a rating, it is assigned to a specific route and taken into account in the average rating of that driver and vehicle. It does not involve the transmission of your personal data to the driver. Google Analytics : The iMove Ride App application uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.
